Breakfast consists of fresh fruit and juices, homemade granola with farm-fresh yogurt, croissants and baguettes. These are prepared fresh for you each morning.
Some of France’s best and most famous wines come from Provence. Soil quality, grapes and techniques may differ in the making of the Provence wines, but one thing remains the same: the sun. Half of the rosé wine made in France comes from Provence and 80% of the wine made in Provence is rosé. Rosé from Provence is dry and fruity, and is the perfect summer wine, either as an apéritif or accompanied by a typical Mediterranean meal.
Red wines from Provence are generally quite strong, however in some areas they can be light and delicate as well. White wines are excellent and best enjoyed either paired with the local seafood or with provencal goat cheeses. At the Bastide you will always find a great choice of Provencal and French options, with particular attention to the local organic and bio wines.
